• Record patient's information accurately and clearly.
• Explain the psychiatrist's instructions to patient and family members in a clear way.
• Help providers with their tasks.
• Insurance and eligibility verification.
• Assist with initial intake using ICANotes EHR.
• Handle the daily activities of an office/clinic.
• Communication with clients is done remotely only, no face to face with clients, no office visits by clients. All consultations are done by telehealth.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
